Our Cats -
Jay finally got a picture of all 4 of our cats together. YAY! All it took was getting them a new fun toy! Any guess as to who'll get it?
Yup, Gracie! It was Molly who killed the toy, however. 10 whole minutes of fun! One of the main joys of havig our own space is that we have been able to delve into new interesets in the pet realm. Bruce and Vicky have been happy in Wisconsin for the last year. See more pictures of Bruce and Vicky here. Our nephews have really enjoyed playing with the kitties, and their meetings have gone really well. I think the book that we wrote for my nephews regarding cats has helped to ensure better understanding and respect between the boys and the cats. See the book here. We have decided now to bring a new kitten into our home. Her name is Molly and she is a F6B registered Savannah. She was born on May 2, 2007 and will be joining our family in the middle of July. See Molly's baby pictures here. Surprise!!! We got twins! When we went to pick up Molly, we were moved to bring her sister home too! Grace is now a member of our family as well. Grace's baby pictures can be found here. And, they will now share a page going forward here. We have also been keeping fish. We decided in July to get rid of our 75 gallon reef in our living room. It seemed silly to have to run the AC while we were gone just to keep the fish alive. So, we gave that tank to my Brother-in-law Bob, and he's creating a reef tank in it now. We moved all the corals and safe fish to our tank in the rec room. Other than that, we only have Gene fishy - the Betta fish that I had when I worked at the State Lab of Hygiene. Gene lives in his penthouse with a snail and some live plants - oh, and the one plastic one.
